Mihai Ganea was born in Romania, has also got Hungarian citizenship and grew up with German as a mother tongue. He holds a BA in International Relations and European Studies from Babes Bolyai University (Cluj-Napoca) and a MA in European Integration form TU Chemnitz (Germany).
As an active member of numerous organizations, Mihai has organized and participated in a series of events such as “Simulation of the European Parliament”, “United Nations Simulation” and the “38th and 39th German Summer School at TU Chemnitz”. He is also part in the Young Potentials Academy training and has continued gaining experience in the field of training and education since 2007.
Currently he lives and works in Berlin as a scientific assistant for a Member of the German Parliament (MdB). As a member of IWB he is responsible for recruiting members, drafting/reviewing articles and handling the management issues.
