Elena Schigirev holds an MSc in Public Policy and Human Development, with a focus on migration studies, from the United Nations University.

 

Having explored the migration phenomenon from humanitarian and non-governmental perspectives, she currently works in an international organization where she implements capacity-building activities in all areas of migration and all around the globe. She has a great interested in data science.

 

Elena speaks German, Russian, English, and French.
